1. All puppies are sold with tails docked,
dewclaws removed, current vaccinations and
de-wormed. All puppies are sold with natural
ears. We do not crop.
2. Puppies will be available at 7-8 weeks of age.
They will not be shipped until at least 8 weeks of
age.
3. All pups are sold with limited AKC or APRI
registration.
4. They will be groomed and vet-checked before
shipping. We will be happy to provide the name
of our veterinarian if you would like to contact
for references.
5. The puppies are guaranteed to be free of
certain genetic defects for one year. Should a
licensed Veterinarian diagnose the pup with a life
threatening genetic defect, the breeder will
replace the pup with a puppy of equal value in the
next available litter. Seller does not pay for any
vet bills once the puppy leaves and buyer is
responsible for all costs in getting the puppy back
to the seller.
6. Owning a Schnauzer puppy is a lifetime
responsibility; however if the buyer finds that they
are not able to keep the puppy/dog, seller requests
that the buyer return the puppy/dog to the seller.
7. We usually do not travel to meet the new
owners; however, with enough advance notice we
will meet for an additional fee.
8. Deposit Policy: We require a minimum
deposit of $200 to reserve a puppy from an
upcoming litter. If a puppy is not born meeting
your gender and/or color preference, we will
gladly refund your deposit. However, if you
change your mind and decide you do not want a
pup, the $200 deposit is non-refundable. Please be
sure that you want to commit to a puppy before
making a deposit. After birth, we require a
non-refundable deposit* for 1/2 the amount of the
puppy with the balance due before shipping or
pick up. Payment for waiting list deposit may be
made by cashier's check,personal check, money
order or PayPal. Deposits and final payments
made on born puppies must be made by
PayPal,money orders or cashier check.
*Deposits are non-refundable but can be
transferred to a future litter or other pup, if
available.
9. Payments: Deposits are safely and quickly
received through Pay Pal thereby assuring the
puppy of your choice. If you decide to mail a
deposit, we will hold the puppy for five mail
delivery days only. If paying by PayPal, please
allow us to send you an invoice in order to
expedite the process. In order to assure that no
one is offended or does not get the puppy of their
choice, we will not hold a pup without a deposit
payment. The reasoning behind this is that the pup
will be taken off the market and no longer offered
for sale. However, if the buyer should change his
mind and decide that he doesn't really want the
puppy, then the puppy has grown older and has
not been advertised while assuming that the buyer
would follow through. Your willingness to place a
deposit shows good faith on the part of the buyer.
All puppies must be paid in full (including
shipping costs) before they are shipped. Shipping
charges range from $250-$300 depending on
destination. This includes health certificate,crate,
and airline cost. If you are planning to pick up
your puppy, it must be picked up within 7 days
from date of sale unless arrangements have been
made with the sellers in advance. Failure to do so
will return the puppy to the available market and
the deposit will be forfeited.
10. We do not encourage visitors for the puppies
until they are at least 6 weeks old and have had
their first inoculation. This is to prevent young
pups being exposed to disease. Secondly, the
mothers of the pups are naturally protective and
may become anxious with strangers present. We
do not want to put this stress on a nursing female.
Once the pups are weaned, this is not as much of a
problem and the mother will usually not mind
strangers around the pups.
